What Do You Actually Do?
I help people find the root cause of what is keeping them stuck. Whether the challenge involves your health, relationships, emotions, business, property, or life direction, I use clairvoyant insight, intuitive assessment, energetic alchemy, and vibrational healing to identify hidden influences, clear blockages, and help restore balance. My job is to cut through the noise, uncover what others may have missed, and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Sessions are routinely conducted remotely, allowing clients from around the world to receive support regardless of location. In-person sessions may be available on a limited, case-by-case basis and may involve additional travel-related fees.
Each session is a focused, one-on-one experience designed to provide meaningful insight, clarity, and direction. We begin with a discussion of what you are experiencing and what you hope to gain from the session. From there, Marty moves into intuitive and clairvoyant assessment, communicating information as it presents itself while helping identify underlying influences, patterns, and blocks that may be affecting your situation.
While some of the work is done during our conversations, much of the deeper assessment, energetic clearing, and vibrational healing work may take place outside of the scheduled session, allowing for a greater level of focus and attention on your specific situation.
Every session is unique, allowing the process to unfold naturally according to what is most relevant and beneficial for you at that time.

Breath is the bases of our human existence. We cannot live without it. Below are very simple yet powerful techniques that can help support the integration and clearing process both during and after a session. Remember, the breath is one of the most powerful tools you have. When used intentionally, it can quickly shift your state, improve clarity, and help bring you back into balance.
1. ) Breathing for Clearing
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling fully through your mouth. There is no need to hold your breath. Continue breathing slowly and deeply in this manner until you feel your body begin to relax and settle.
As you breathe, set the intention to let go of anything that is no longer serving your highest and best good. Rather than focusing only on your physical body, imagine your breath moving throughout your entire energetic field, clearing, dissolving, and transmuting old patterns, emotional residue, energetic blockages, and discordant influences.
The key is not force. The key is intention through breath.
As you breathe, consciously choose to let go. Give yourself permission to release old burdens, outdated patterns, limiting beliefs, emotional wounds, and anything else that no longer belongs in your field. Simply acknowledge it, breathe through it, and allow it to move on.
You may notice sensations, emotions, memories, thoughts, or awareness surfacing during this process. This is normal. Do not become attached to them or analyze them. Observe them, breathe, and allow them to pass through.
Continue the Clearing Breath until you feel complete. Most people naturally sense when the process has settled and their system has come back into balance. If not, continue for a few more minutes and trust your intuition.
Remember, healing is not about carrying or transferring energy to someone else. It is about transforming what no longer serves you into something new. Your breath, intention, and willingness to let go are powerful tools in that process.
2.) Breathing for Grounding, Centering, and Focus
One simple breathing technique I often recommend is the 5-5-5 breath. Inhale slowly for a count of five, hold for a count of five, and exhale for a count of five. Repeat as needed. This technique is excellent for calming the nervous system, improving focus, grounding your energy, and helping you return to a more centered state.
3. ) Breathing for Relaxing, Calming, Grounding, and Rhythm
Another highly effective technique is alternate nostril breathing. Begin by gently closing one nostril and inhaling through the open nostril for a count of ten. Switch sides, close the opposite nostril, and exhale for a count of ten. Then inhale through the same nostril you just exhaled from for a count of ten, switch sides again, and exhale for a count of ten. Continue this sequence for ten full rounds.
This practice helps restore balance within the mind, body, and energetic field. It can be particularly helpful when feeling overwhelmed, emotionally unsettled, mentally scattered, or disconnected. It is also an excellent practice before sleep, as the deliberate slowing of the breath encourages relaxation, quiets mental activity, and helps restore a more natural rhythm throughout the body and energetic system.

How Do I Know It Is Working?
Most people expect something dramatic to happen. In reality, the clearest sign that the work is helping is often that life simply starts to feel easier. You may notice greater clarity, improved energy, a lighter emotional state, better sleep, less reactivity, healthier relationships, or that situations which once felt stuck begin to move forward. Over time, many people find themselves feeling better without even realizing when the shift occurred. They simply recognize that they are no longer carrying what they once were.
During a session, some people experience physical sensations as energy shifts and clears. This may include tingling, chills, warmth, yawning, sighing, emotional release, feeling lightheaded, changes in body temperature, or a sense of movement within the body. Others feel very little during the session itself and notice the changes later through improvements in their daily lives. Neither experience is better than the other.
At times, emotions, memories, or new awareness may surface. This is often part of identifying, clearing, and transmuting old patterns held within the body, mind, or energetic field. If emotions arise, allow yourself the space to acknowledge them without judgment. Breathe, stay present, and allow the process to unfold naturally. Give yourself permission to let go of what no longer serves you and set the intention to move forward with greater freedom and clarity.
The goal is not the sensation. The goal is the result.
The true measure of progress is found in your life: how you feel, how you respond to challenges, the choices you make, and whether the obstacles that brought you here begin to shift. Real healing is often quieter than people expect. It is less about the experience itself and more about the lasting changes that follow.

After Session Care
After your session, please drink plenty of clean water and support your hydration with trace minerals. If you feel guided, you may also place a grain or two of Celtic Sea Salt under your tongue and allow it to dissolve naturally. Spending time in nature, taking a walk, and grounding yourself can also be beneficial as your system integrates the work that has taken place.
As energetic shifts occur, it is normal to experience a period of processing and integration. This may be felt physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually as your body and energetic systems adjust to the changes that have occurred. Some people notice increased fatigue, emotional release, vivid dreams, heightened awareness, shifts in perspective, fatigue, or temporary detoxification symptoms. The intensity and duration of these experiences vary from person to person.
These responses are often a natural part of the integration process as old patterns, emotional imprints, energetic blockages, and other influences begin to clear. As space is created, greater balance, clarity, alignment, and forward movement become possible.
The most important thing you can do during this time is listen to your body, rest when needed, stay well hydrated, and allow the process to unfold naturally. There is no need to force anything. Healing does not have to be painful, and growth does not require suffering. We are not meant to carry the weight of our past indefinitely.
